At Pose Yoga, we believe that taking the time to ground oneself before class is critical to a successful practice. We dedicate the beginning quarter of each class to mindful breathing and setting intentions, which helps to create a peaceful and focused environment for our students. We ask all of our students to honor their mat and their fellow yogis by staying present and focused during each class.
