Our Story

Welcome to POSE Yoga! Here, we provide a dynamic and energizing yoga practice called Release & Revive, where we link breath to movement in combination with our favorite asanas and other focused techniques that bring us closer to total wellness. You'll feel energized and renewed after taking a class with us, which can be done privately or in a group setting. All skill levels are welcome to join as we are beginner-friendly and growing with you! We are committed to providing a safe and encouraging environment for all students to explore their practice, and our space is structured to offer warm and welcoming vibrations. Join us soon!

Meet your Instructor

Crystal

Greetings! I am Crystal (RYT200), and I guide Release & Revive, a 1-hour Vinyasa Flow & Wellness Circle. We utilize a combination of journal prompts, breathwork (Pranayama), physical movement (Asanas), and meditation (Dhyana) to strive for overall wholeness. My aim is to decompress the mental space, tone and strengthen muscle mass and mobility, boost immunity and mood, and increase mindfulness. I am genuinely grateful for all those who choose to include me in their practice, and it is my wish that you achieve and maintain total wellness!"
